Inside Our 10,000 Sq Ft Fabrication Shop
A walk through the room where the sketches become steel — the machinery, the crew, and the reason we can promise what we promise.
Ten thousand square feet sounds like a number until you walk it. It's a full basketball court and change. It's a semi truck pulled up to the loading dock, unloaded, and forgotten about by lunch. It's the difference between "we can probably do that" and "yes, on your date."
The floor
Walk in from Zettler Road and you're in the design bay first — flat files, CAD stations, a long central table where the whole team gathers around printouts. Ten steps past that, you're in the shop.
Metal
Full welding and metal fab. Our welders have built everything from museum exhibit skeletons to broadcast anchor desks to the frame of a runway extension that had to disassemble into eight pieces for a road tour.
Wood and mill
A dedicated millwork and joinery bench. Cabinet-grade finishes for interiors, painted architectural pieces for events, and the kind of scenic detail that has to look right on a 4K camera at three feet.
Paint
A paint booth that can handle full-sized set pieces. Every finish is mixed in-house — we've matched clients' brand colors against paint chips, fabric swatches, and once against a coffee cup.
Assembly and dry-fit
We don't ship a set we haven't stood up first. Every project gets a full dry-fit on the shop floor, photographed and walked through with the client remotely before it ever leaves the building.
Loading dock
Two bays, tall enough for freight, close enough to the assembly floor that a finished piece is on the truck an hour after it comes off the paint booth.
The crew
The shop is nothing without the people. Designers, welders, millworkers, painters, and installers — most have been here long enough that they finish each other's sentences on a drawing review.
